Bakers is a Bulgarian company that has been successfully establishing its products on the market for over 10 years — croissants, banitsa pastries, freshly baked bread, pogacha, sweet Easter bread (kozunak), and more. Our main goal is to produce delicious products without preservatives, colorings, or leavening agents, freshly baked on-site in our locations.

Our mission is to bring health and enjoyment to every table and every home through the high-quality natural products we offer on the Bulgarian market.

We achieve this through uncompromising control of the raw materials we use, strict adherence to proven recipes and technologies, and continuous staff training so that we can maintain a high standard.

Our aim is to be honest with our customers. We do not allow compromises in the ingredients we use, because there is nothing greater and purer than bread. Each product is made according to a special recipe that is always followed precisely. Every day, more than 30 types of handmade bread, baked goods, and confectionery are prepared, most of them new to the Bulgarian market. The use of special flours, different natural sourdough starters, and seeds, as well as the hand-shaping of the products, are key to the quality and taste of Bakers’ products.
