We created the Cantonata Express chain in 2014, with our first location opening in Panorama Mall Pleven. Our ‘Alla Romana’ pizzas are made using a new specific technology with sourdough coming from Rome. In the spring of 2023, it will be the turn of Cantonata Express in Sofia, where, in addition to “Alla Romana” pizzas, we also offer our new gourmet grill sandwiches.
