Rules

These Rules constitute the general terms for the use of the parking lot and come into effect starting from 00:00 o’clock on 08.01.2026, regulating the access and stay of vehicles in the parking lot of Retail Park XOPark Plovdiv, located at: Plovdiv city, Bulgaria Blvd. 115A.

The rules have been approved and accepted by Trinity Park Sofia Ltd, UIC 175404926 – the company owning the Retail Park XOPark Plovdiv.

These rules apply to every visitor who has entered the Parking area with a vehicle, regardless of its quality - leader, owner, or authorized user ("Visitor").

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd has the right to change the Rules entirely at its discretion, with each change binding visitors from the date of their publication on the park's page.

Access to the Parking Lot

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd provides Visitors with access and the possibility to park in the Parking Lot area solely in accordance with and in compliance with these Rules.

1. Visitor access to the parking lot is accomplished by the vehicle passing through the automatic license plate recognition system.
2. Access to the parking lot can be made through the designated entrance for that purpose.
3. The availability of free spaces is not guaranteed upon entry.
4. The lack of a free parking space does not absolve the Visitors of the obligations described here.
5. The departure of the vehicle from the parking lot takes place in the absence of obligation by recording the license plate number.

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd reserves the right to deny access to any vehicle to the parking lot without providing any reason.

Relocation (towing) of vehicles. Abandoned vehicles.

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd has the right to consider any vehicle parked in the Parking for more than 28 days without prior notice as abandoned, and for which there is no information on whether a subscription or other ticket or reservation is present.

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd has the right to engage and/or allow a competent authority to relocate (or when it is unable to locate the current registered holder of the vehicle, to take steps and actions for its relocation). Before proceeding to the repatriation of an abandoned vehicle, Trinity Park Sofia Ltd has the right, at its discretion, but is not obligated to:

1. The matter was referred to the appropriate authorities, which may include - bodies of the Ministry of Interior, Municipality of Plovdiv;
2. A notice is affixed to the vehicle at least 7 (seven) days before the date on which Trinity Park Sofia Ltd intends to remove the vehicle, stating explicitly that the vehicle will be moved after the expiration of the aforementioned 7 (seven) day period.

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd has the right to relocate (repatriate) vehicles within the Parking using any method it deems appropriate, to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in order to ensure the safety of people and/or property, and/or to avoid difficulties in the parking lot.

Along with the above, Trinity Park Sofia Ltd has the right to use a competent authority to relocate any vehicle, provided that the Parking Lot must be unexpectedly closed temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, due to reasons beyond its control at Trinity Park Sofia Ltd, or in the event that the Parking needs to be evacuated under emergency conditions.

Use of the Parking Lot

1. The use of the Parking Lot is carried out by Visitors through an automatic system for recognizing the license plates of the Visitors' vehicles, located at the entrances and exits of the Parking Lot.
2. Every Visitor has the right to access the Parking, park, and leave the Parking with only one vehicle. Upon entering the Parking, the Visitor is obligated to fully comply with these Rules and is considered bound by them.
3. The visitor is obliged to manage, park, and take care of their vehicle on the territory of the Parking in full compliance with these Rules and the provisions of applicable road legislation and regulations, as well as to observe all traffic signs in the Parking.
4. The visitor is obliged to park the vehicle only in the designated parking spaces marked in the Parking.
5. The visitor is not allowed to park in spaces reserved for people with disabilities, except in the cases mentioned in point 8 below.
6. In addition, Trinity Park Sofia Ltd reserves the right to restrict access to certain parking spaces at its discretion, in which case Visitors do not have the right to park in those restricted access areas.
7. It is strictly prohibited for any vehicles to stop or park on the walkways, entrances, and generally in any other places that are not designated as parking spaces.
8. Each Visitor is responsible for using the Parking in a way that does not hinder or obstruct the use of the Parking by other Visitors, clients, guests, or tenants of XOPark Plovdiv.
9. In the event of a traffic accident or in the case of causing harm to other visitors, clients, guests, or tenants of XOPark Plovdiv, which are caused by a visitor or in which a visitor has participated, only the respective visitor is responsible for rectifying the damages incurred harm in accordance with applicable legislation.
10. Visitors who hold preferential parking cards for vehicles transporting people with disabilities ("The Cards"), issued under the Road Traffic Act, are entitled to park in the available parking spaces that are properly designated as spaces for people with disabilities. These visitors are required to display the Card prominently on the front windshield of the vehicle throughout their stay in the Parking lot, and in all cases, the people with disabilities in whose name the Cards were issued must have been in the vehicle upon entering the Parking lot, regardless of whether as a Visitor or as a person moving with the appropriate vehicle.
11. Visitors to the Parking have the right to drive the vehicle in the Parking area at a maximum speed of 10 km/h.
12. When using the Trinity Park Sofia Ltd Parking, personal data of the Users may be processed, with the applicable Personal Data Protection Policy available to all Users through the XOPark Plovdiv website.
13. In the event that the Parking and/or the equipment in the Parking is damaged by a Visitor, a vehicle, the contents of a vehicle, or passengers in the vehicle, then, unless the damage occurred as a direct result of negligence of Trinity Park Sofia Ltd, the company owning the Parking, has the right to claim reimbursement for damages and associated expenses and costs from the Visitor.
14. The owner of the Retail Park is not responsible for damages, theft, or loss of items left on the parking lot premises.

Leaving the parking lot

Visitors have the right to leave the Parking lot only after paying the amounts due as per point 2 below, by providing a valid vehicle registration number. Payment of the amounts is made through the designated technical means located in the Parking lot. The technical means accept card payments, coins and banknotes.

Prices and duration of stay

XOPark Plovdiv provides outdoor parking spaces for visitors to the retail park at the following rates:

1. The stay is free for a total of 2 (two) hours within the respective day (from 0:00 - 24:00 of the respective day).
2. After the expiration of the free 2 (two) hours, the price for parking and staying of the vehicle for each subsequent started hour is set at 1,00 euro (one euro). The tariff is indicated at the entrances and on the territory of the XOPark Plovdiv parking.

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd reserves the right to unilaterally change the parking fee for vehicles. XOPark Plovdiv offers open parking spaces for various types of monthly subscriptions at the following rates:

1. Monthly night subscription with parking time range from 18:00-07:59:59 at a price of: 50,00 euros (fifty euros)
2. Monthly day subscription with parking time range from 8:00-18:00:00 at a price of: 75,00 euros (seventy-five euros)
3. Monthly subscription 24/7 with an unlimited time range at a price of: 100,00 euros (one hundred euros)

Trinity Park Sofia Ltd reserves the right to unilaterally change the parking rate for vehicles.

Additional payment obligations

In the event of a breach of the obligations under these Rules by the Visitor, the Company has the right, entirely at its discretion:

1. To place a notification of the violation in an appropriate manner on the vehicle;
2. To remove the vehicle from the Parking at the Visitor's expense, in case the vehicle is not properly parked in accordance with the Rules, or poses a danger or remains in the Parking after the maximum allowed parking time has expired;
3. To prohibit the Visitor access to the Parking with the vehicle for a period of up to 1 (one) year;

Rules and obligations of the Company

1. The Company has the right to collect the amounts under these Rules in the amounts and under the conditions described in the Rules.
2. The company provides Visitors access to the Parking in accordance with the objectives of these Rules. The company is not obligated to provide Visitors with a free parking space upon entering the parking lot.
3. The company is only liable for damages caused by the company or its representatives, as a result of intent or gross negligence. The company is not liable for damages caused by third parties. The visitor is obliged to inform the Company of any damages caused in the Parking Lot immediately after they occur and in all cases before leaving the Parking Lot.
4. The parking lot is unguarded and the Company is not responsible for the security of the vehicles of the Visitors. The Company is not liable in case of damage or theft of the vehicles, or in case of theft of items from the vehicle. The security of each vehicle is the personal responsibility of the Visitor.

Rights and Obligations of the Visitor

1. The Visitor is obliged to pay the amounts specified in these Rules. The stay of each Visitor in the Parking after the two hours of free parking, regardless of the lack of available parking space, is entirely at the expense of the Visitor, who is obliged to pay the amounts according to the time spent in the Parking, regardless of whether the Visitor has parked the vehicle or not.
2. The visitor must comply with these rules, which may be amended entirely at the discretion of the Company.
3. The visitor is responsible and must compensate the Company and/or any third party for any damage suffered in the Parking as a result of actions by the Visitor or by third parties who are in the vehicle with the Visitor. In case of damage, the Visitor is obliged to inform representatives of the Company immediately after the damage occurs, but in all cases before leaving the Parking lot.
4. The visitor of the Parking lot is not allowed to tow the vehicle on the territory of the Parking lot, except when this is part of the services offered in the Parking lot by persons authorized by Trinity Park Sofia EAD. No repair work or cleaning of vehicles is allowed on the premises of the Parking area, except with the explicit permission of Trinity Park Sofia EAD. In case of a vehicle breakdown, the Visitor should contact a representative of Trinity Park Sofia EAD, responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Parking, via the email address: property@trinitycapital.bg, to ensure the repair or repatriation of the vehicle in a manner that does not cause harm or pose a threat to another person or property in the Parking lot.
5. Any activities related to the buying and selling, renting, or any other type of disposal of vehicles or goods or services are prohibited, except with the explicit written permission of Trinity Park Sofia Ltd.
6. It is prohibited to leave any belongings or waste on the territory of the Parking area.
7. It is prohibited to refuel the vehicle or, respectively, to siphon fuel from the vehicle's tank, on the territory of the Parking area.
8. Any antisocial behavior is prohibited on the territory of the Parking, including but not limited to the use of alcohol and/or other intoxicating or illegal substances on the territory of the Parking, as well as the presence of individuals who have consumed alcohol and/or intoxicating substances, aggressive behavior, as well as wandering.
9. It is prohibited to take photographs or videos on the premises of the Parking lot, unless explicit written permission has been obtained from the management of the Company.
10. Noisy activities, rallies, and concerts are prohibited, unless explicit written permission has been obtained from the management of the Company.
